Arrest Following Cinco De Mayo Shooting

(Portland, OR)  --  A man is in police custody after a shooting near the Portland Cinco de Mayo festival.  Authorities say a 19-year-old was shot around 5:30 p.m. yesterday along the seawall north of the Morrison Bridge, just outside the festival at Waterfront Park.  The 20-year-old suspect fled the scene but was later apprehended at the Rose Quarter Transit Station.  The victim is being treated for a wound that's not considered life-threatening.
