(Portland, OR)  --  A 17-year-old girl is dead, following a single-vehicle crash along Northwest Cornelius Pass Road.  Multnomah County sheriff's deputies say Kerrigan Clark of Scappoose was heading north yesterday when her car left the roadway and plunged down a 75-foot embankment.  Investigators are trying to determine what caused the crash.
