(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say a local woman who had been reported missing is now accounted for.  Seventy-three-year-old Judith Parman walked away from her care facility on Southwest 48th Avenue Tuesday.  Parman reportedly suffers from dementia and other medical issues.  Police reported yesterday that she was found safe.
