(Portland, OR)  --  A man convicted of scamming victims out of tens of thousands of dollars for handyman projects he never completed is headed to prison.  A four-year sentence has been handed down to Clinton Timothy Reany, who pleaded no contest to charges that include first-degree theft, identity theft, and operating without a contractor's license.  Reany was also ordered to pay full restitution to the 12 victims, and he'll be on post-prison supervision for a year.
