(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver police are looking for a missing 14-year-old boy who requires medication.  Authorities say Tyler Utton, who lives in Yacolt, Washington, was last seen yesterday evening in a residential neighborhood west of Evergreen High School.  The teen is described as white, about five-feet-six, 125 pounds, with blondish-brown hair and blue eyes.  Police say Utton suffers from a medical condition that requires treatment, and anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
