(Battle Ground, WA)  --  A woman who struck a bicyclist and caused him to lose his leg will be behind bars for three years.  Shaun Johnson was convicted in April on charges of vehicular assault and driving under the influence of meth in the hit-and-run crash that injured 16-year-old Justin Carey in June 2013.  Johnson apologized in court yesterday prior to sentencing.  Carey will graduate from high school in June.
