(Astoria, OR)  --  A man who's accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl is in police custody.  Officials say 48-year-old Russell Wayne Deviney reportedly lured the teen into his truck Saturday and drove her into Oregon.  Deviney was apprehended yesterday in a wooded area south of Cannon Beach after he was spotted by a passerby.  The teenager had reportedly escaped from Deviney Monday night and called police from a McDonald's in Astoria, telling officers she was kidnapped and sexually assaulted by Deviney.
