(Corbett, OR)  --  Sheriff's deputies say a developmentally-delayed teen who had been reported missing is safe at home.  The Multnomah County Sheriff's office says 17-year-old Serenity Leann Hooker vanished around 3:30 Friday afternoon at Corbett High School while waiting for a friend to pick her up.  Authorities say the teen was found safe yesterday afternoon.
