(Portland, OR)  --  The price of gasoline is fairly steady from yesterday in the Portland area.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for a gallon of regular is about three-03, which is still about two cents a gallon above the average of a week ago.  The national average for regular is about two-71 a gallon.
