(Oregon City, OR)  --  A general obligation bond to provide funding for Clackamas County Fire District One appears on its way to passage.  The vote in initial returns is 67 percent in favor, 33 percent against.  The estimated tax rate for the 15-year-bond is ten cents per one-thousand dollars of assessed property value.  Officials say it will generate 29-million dollars to enhance safety and service delivery.
