(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland School Board has four new members after yesterday's election.  In Zone One, Julie Esparza Brown won by a 77-to-22 margin over Andrew Davidson.  Paul Anthony received 52 percent of the vote in Zone Two, with Jose Gonzales in second place with 27 percent.  Amy Carlsen Kohnstamm received 45 percent of the vote to 38 percent for incumbent Bobbie Regan in Zone Three, while Mike Rosen won the Zone Seven seat with 98 percent of the vote.
