(Vancouver, WA)  --  A Milwaukie man who killed another man in a DUII crash in Vancouver is headed to jail for six months.  Scott Rowles received the sentence yesterday in the death of Donald Collins, who was hit by a truck driven by Rowles.  Police say Rowles admitted to have smoked marijuana about an hour prior to the December 2012 crash.  Rowles, who will be on probation for five years after his release, was initially charged with vehicular homicide, but he pleaded guilty on May 1st to the lesser charge of driving under the influence.
