(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating a two-vehicle crash that killed one person and injured another.  A semi-truck and a van both burst into flames following last night's wreck in the area of Northeast Columbia Boulevard and 17th Avenue.  Police say the driver of the van died, and the driver of the semi was seriously injured.  The semi was carrying mail for the U.S. Postal Service.
