(Portland, OR)  --  Triple-A is reporting a slight drop in gasoline prices ahead of the Memorial Day holiday.  The Portland-area average for regular is three-03 a gallon, down a fraction of a cent from yesterday.  The average was about two-72 a gallon at this point in April.
