(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating a report of a drive-by shooting in East Portland.  Authorities say shell casings were found yesterday afternoon in the area of Southeast 122nd Avenue and East Burnside, and a TV inside a nearby home was reportedly hit with a bullet.  There have been no reports of injuries.  Police say the shots were reported to have come from a silver car traveling south on 122nd.
