(Portland, OR)  --  Prices at the gas pump in the Portland area are slightly lower.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for a gallon of regular is three-dollars four-cents, down about a half-cent from yesterday.  At this point last month, regular sold for an average of about two-dollars 80-cents a gallon in the Portland area.
