(Portland, OR)  --  Two people accused of kidnapping a Gresham woman and her young child are facing multiple charges.  Police say 33-year-old David Vasquez and his girlfriend, 28-year-old Ruth Orozco-Rivera, had been staying with the victim until recently, when she kicked them out of her home.  Authorities say the accused kept the victim handcuffed last weekend and threatened and assaulted her.  Police say the victim was able to escape and contact authorities after the accused kidnappers fell asleep.
