(Portland, OR)  --  Three people are facing charges after being accused of burglarizing Portland's Roosevelt High School.  Police say an iPad and various supplies were stolen from the school around 4:40 yesterday morning.  Nineteen-year-old Dalton Parnell was arrested, along with a 16-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy.  Investigators say it appears the three entered the school through an unlocked door.
