(Eugene, OR)  --  Eugene police say they've found the body of a 24-year-old man who had been missing since February.  Noah Dewitt was a graduate of Portland's Grant High School and the University of Oregon.  Police say his body was found at the bottom of a concrete underground well at a sewage pumping station on East Briarcliff Lane in Eugene.  Dewitt vanished on February 15th after leaving a friend's home.
