(Portland, OR)  --  Fuel prices in the Portland area are slightly higher.  Triple-A's latest survey shows the average for regular rose about a half-cent from yesterday, and now stands at just over three-dollars three-cents a gallon.  The national average for regular is two-dollars 75-cents a gallon.
