(Vancouver, WA)  --  The U.S. Geological Survey says two more small earthquakes have been recorded off the Oregon coast.  Officials say the quakes, a magnitude four-point-oh and a three-point-one, happened yesterday afternoon about four minutes apart in the same general area where a series of seven temblors registered earlier this week.  The strongest of those quakes was a five-point-nine.
