(Portland, OR)  --  Gasoline prices are slipping in the Portland area.  The latest Triple-A survey shows the average for regular fell a half-cent from yesterday, to just under three-03 a gallon.  Regular gas sold in the Portland area for an average of two-96 a gallon at this point in May.
