(Polk County, OR)  --  A man is under indictment for the death of his two-month-old daughter.  Thirty-six-year-old Kyle Parkin is facing charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.  Police say officers arrived at Parkin's Polk County home in February and found the infant unconscious and not breathing.  She was pronounced dead at the scene, but no information on the cause of death has been released.
