(Albany, OR)  --  A custodian at an Albany elementary school is facing sex-related charges.  Authorities have accused 32-year-old Justin Mathews Docken, a custodian at Oak Grove Elementary School, of touching a 12-year-old girl inappropriately.  Docken is charged with three counts of first degree sex abuse.  Benton County sheriff's deputies say the incidents happened about a year ago.
