(Tigard, OR)  --  The state medical examiner's office says a man who was found dead outside a home in Tigard died of self-inflicted gunshot wound.  Officials say Seth Cramer Truby shot himself in the chest and was found near a home in the 89-hundred block of Southwest Hamlet Street Sunday night.  Police say earlier that day, 26-year-old William Nelson Schultz, Jr. suffered a gunshot wound to the leg at the same home.  Schultz was arrested after treatment on an unrelated parole violation warrant, but no arrests have been made in connection with him being shot.
