(Biggs Junction, OR)  --  A fire that destroyed a home and several apartments in the Columbia River Gorge is now fully contained.  Officials say a smoldering cigarette butt left at an abandoned apartment appears to have been the cause of the Biggs Junction fire, which broke out around one p.m. yesterday.  Sherman County officials say the fire burned three miles east toward Rufus before being contained.  No injuries have been reported.
