(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating after a 14-year-old girl reported being attacked while walking her dog in the Hillsdale neighborhood.  Authorities say the attack took place yesterday morning at the disc golf course near the Greater Portland Bible Church.  The teen told police she was pushed to the ground and held down by the attacker, but the man fled after her dog bit him.  Police say the teen described the suspect as a white male in his 40s, wearing saggy blue jeans and a long sleeve shirt, and that he had the aroma of marijuana.
