(Portland, OR)  --  The price of gasoline is slightly higher in the Portland area.  The latest survey by Triple-A shows the average for regular is just under three-oh-three a gallon, up about a half-cent from yesterday.  A gallon of regular in the Portland area averaged about three-90 a gallon at this time last year.
