(Undated)  --  Oregon and Washington are ranked among the best states for teenage drivers.  That's according to a new WalletHub.com analysis of the teen driving environment in all 50 states.  Oregon is ranked second overall and Washington is ranked eleventh, with both states scoring near the top for driving-related laws.  Oregon is 23rd and Washington is 31st for "Economic Environment," which includes the cost of speeding tickets, red-light tickets, and the insurance premium increase after adding a teen to a parent's auto policy.
