(Vancouver, WA)  --  A Clark County Superior Court judge is recovering from a bite he sustained during a scuffle in a Vancouver courtroom.  Officials say 49-year-old Roberto Diaz, who was charged with child molestation, attempted to punch the prosecutor during yesterday's hearing.  Sheriff's deputies intervened, and Judge Daniel Stahnke [[ STON-kee ]] was bitten when he got involved in the fracas.  Diaz is now facing assault charges in addition to the molestation charges.
