(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Intel Corporation is reportedly about to undergo a round of layoffs.  "The Oregonian" reports the company is planning to lay off some employees this week, after reporting lower-than expected sales of personal computers.  Intel reportedly intends to reduce costs by about 300-million dollars.  The company says employees who are laid off will receive at least two months of their base salary and four months of healthcare.
