(Hockinson, OR)  --  Authorities say one of two Clark County inmates who slipped away from a work crew in Hockinson is back in custody.  Police are still on the lookout for 44-year-old Randall Jacob Marlow, who fled the work crew with 33-year-old Donald William McLain yesterday.  McLain was found and apprehended last night.  Marlow is described as five-feet-nine, 147 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, and numerous tattoos on his arms.
