(Portland, OR)  --  Drivers in the Portland area are paying more today for gasoline.  Triple-A's latest survey shows a gallon of regular averaging three-oh-eight a gallon, two cents higher than yesterday.  It's also about six-and-a-half cents a gallon above the average of a week ago.
