(Portland, OR)  --  The investigation continues into a house fire that left a woman dead in Southeast Portland.  The blaze was reported around 11:15 Tuesday night at a house in the 99-hundred block of Southeast Division.  A man was rushed to a hospital after suffering smoke inhalation.  No names have been released so far.
