(Portland, OR)  --  Officials say a brush fire that broke out on Sauvie Island was human-caused.  The Sauvie Island Fire Department says wind carried debris from a campfire on a nearby beach, sparking the blaze Saturday.  A Portland Fire Department boat assisted in extinguishing the fire.  No injuries or structure damage were reported.
