(Portland, OR)  --  A woman is being treated for a head injury after she was hit by a car in Northeast Portland.  Police say the woman may have been looking down at her cell phone while crossing near the intersection of Northeast 24th Avenue and Glisan yesterday afternoon.  She was hit by a driver who was making a turn as she walked well outside the nearest marked crosswalk.  She's expected to recover from her injuries.
