(Portland, OR)  --  Bail is set at two-point-75-million dollars for a man who's accused of sexually assaulting a nine-year-old girl.  Police say 48-year-old Robert Lee Hill was babysitting the victim for a family he knows in Southeast Portland.  Hill is facing multiple charges, including two counts of first-degree rape.  Multnomah County prosecutors are also accusing Hill of trying to get his wife to provide false testimony.
