(Salem, OR)  --  Police say a teenager who drowned in the Santiam River was a recent graduate of West Salem High School.  Authorities say 17-year-old Blayk Wallace was pulled from the water Monday after disappearing beneath the surface while swimming with friends at Salmon Falls Park.  Witnesses began CPR, but Wallace died later at a hospital.
