(Salem, OR)  --  Twenty-five tenants are looking for other living quarters, after a fire ripped through an apartment building in Salem.  The three-alarm blaze broke out around 5:20 yesterday afternoon at the complex on Northeast Satter Drive.  Officials say the fire damaged or destroyed eight units, but no one was injured.  Investigators are trying to determine what started the fire.
