(Salem, OR)  --  A Salem man is facing charges after being accused of beheading his mother's cat.  Sheriff's deputies say Rudi Espinoza told them he decapitated the animal because it was "evil and nosy."  The dead cat was found yesterday in a house on Shawnee Lane Southeast in Salem.  Bail for Espinosa is set at 100-thousand dollars.
