(Tigard, OR)  --  A motorcyclist is dead, following a crash on Highway 99 in Tigard.  The wreck happened around 3:30 p.m. yesterday at the intersection with Walnut Street.  A stretch of Highway 99 was restricted to one open lane in each direction as the on-scene investigation was conducted.  The name of the motorcyclist hasn't been released.
