(Newport, OR)  --  A 64-year-old Tigard man is dead, after going on a fishing trip near Newport.  Oregon State Police say Richard Enderle [[ EN-der-lee ]] was fishing for halibut about 24 miles out to sea when he apparently had a medical episode around ten o'clock yesterday morning.  His companions aboard the boat called for help, and Enderle was taken to the Yaquina Bay Coast Guard Station, where he was pronounced dead.
