(Eugene, OR)  --  Four juveniles will be facing charges in connection with a fire that destroyed historic Civic Stadium in Eugene.  The fire ripped through the depression-era ballpark Monday night, but no one was injured.  Police say the children range in age from ten to 12 and are residents of Eugene.  A news conference will be held later this morning to detail the charges.
