(Portland, OR)  --  Vinh On is accused of trying to shoot his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend.  Portland police responded to a Safeway on 122nd Avenue where the boyfriend suffered a grazing gunshot wound on Saturday.  The shooter fled before police arrived but he was later taken into custody.
