(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Food Bank is benefiting from the Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival.  The musical event collected 850-thousand-dollars to feed nearly 900-thousand people.  The four-day festival came an end yesterday with Grammy Award-winning legend Buddy Guy providing an electrified performance.
