(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police are investigating a hit and run in the southeast part of the city.  Investigators say a 60-year-old woman was crossing Southeast 60th Avenue when she was hit by a car.  The woman reportedly suffered life-threatening injuries in the accident.  The car did not stop and police couldn't provide a description of it.  Authorities expect to release the victim's name today.
