(Portland, OR)  --  A school bus company and the West Linn-Wilsonville School District are facing a lawsuit from the estate of a woman who was killed by a bus in a crosswalk.  The estate of Renee Bates has filed the eight-point-seven-million-dollar suit against First Student bus company and the school district for the July 2013 tragedy.  The suit contends Bates and her husband were in a crosswalk with the walk signal when the bus turned right into the couple.
