(Portland, OR)  --  The new-look Portland Public Schools Board of Education is finally on display.  Four new board members were officially sworn in last night to begin a new era in Portland education.  Oregon Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Balmer was on hand to officiate the ceremony.  The four new members were elected in May.
