(Eugene, OR)  --  Four preteen boys are accused of setting fire to the Civic Stadium in Eugene.  Officials said yesterday they face first-degree arson plus other crimes.  Police Chief Pete Kerns said the boys used a lighter and the fire got out of hand as the quartet tried to extinguish it.
