(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police Officer Jose Jimenez is recovering after being stabbed.  Jimenez was talking to burglary suspect David Ellis on Sunday, when he was repeatedly stabbed by Ellis.  Another officer shot Ellis in the arm.  Both men are being treated for their injuries.
